I usually try a form of exercise for a while and then burn out, but Mark changes up the workouts so much, they are never boring! They are really high intensity and convenient. No matter how long you have been training, the workouts are always challenging. I am most impressed by how much stronger I am now, especially in terms of how many pushups I can do. I have muscles in places I haven’t had them before! I have more energy, fewer injuries, and my clothes fit better.
